Qigong Tai Chi

Learn Qigong. While you learn it as an exercise, it teaches a healthy way of life, from reducing mental stress to the way you physically  move. Done daily, unlike other exercises where you should rest at least one or two days every week, Qigong is an exercise while you stay relaxed.
